What's free

The free plan covers 1 location and up to 3 team members, with unlimited appointments. You get the self-service booking link, appointment types (FTL or LTL, inbound or outbound, live load or drop trailer), dock doors, operating hours and closed dates, approvals, and email notifications. It is not a trial: there is no time limit.

What costs money

Pro is $49 per location per month, dropping to $34 at volume, billed monthly or yearly. It adds unlimited locations and team members, required custom fields such as PO and BOL numbers, analytics, Google and Outlook calendar sync, Slack and Zapier, and the REST API and MCP server.

No contracts

Many dock scheduling tools sell annual contracts after a sales call and an implementation project. SimpleDock has neither: sign up, set up your doors and appointment types in a few minutes, and share the link. If you upgrade, you can pay month to month.
