- Yes. Configure operating windows and per-type rules so booking outside the window is impossible. For per-vendor windows, use the approval gate.
- Does SimpleDock track late arrivals?
- Yes. The pre-check-in flow captures whether a driver is on track or running late. You can use that to flag chronically late vendors.
- Can outbound store trailers and inbound vendors share the same dock?
- Yes. Different appointment types share doors but have different rules. Inbound and outbound stay clearly separated on the schedule.
