Can different doors have different operating hours?
You can set facility-level operating windows and add door-specific blocked windows for sanitation, maintenance, or shift changes.
Does SimpleDock support inbound and outbound on the same dock?
Yes. Each appointment type has a direction (inbound or outbound) and its own configuration. Carriers see only the appropriate types.
Can we require a BOL or lot code at booking?
Yes. Custom required fields on appointment types ensure the booking can't be submitted without it.
